Smoking Policy

I. POLICY

The following policy is for all vehicles in the Field Enforcement Bureau fleet and for all drivers and passengers of those vehicles:

1. No smoking or vaping of any type of tobacco or electronic smoking device products will be permitted in any Field Enforcement Bureau vehicle.
2. This policy pertains to state assigned drivers, as well as any passengers in the vehicles.
3. Strict adherence to this policy will be mandatory; employees who fail to do so may face disciplinary action.
4. Failure to follow this policy may result in the employee’s loss of the bureau’s “take home car” privilege.
