Smoking Policy
I. POLICY
The following policy is for all vehicles in the Field Enforcement Bureau fleet and for all drivers and passengers of those vehicles:
- No smoking or vaping of any type of tobacco or electronic smoking device products will be permitted in any Field Enforcement Bureau vehicle.
- This policy pertains to state assigned drivers, as well as any passengers in the vehicles.
- Strict adherence to this policy will be mandatory; employees who fail to do so may face disciplinary action.
- Failure to follow this policy may result in the employee’s loss of the bureau’s “take home car” privilege.
