Petroleum Transporter Registration

I. POLICY

Each petroleum transporter shall register with the Comptroller before transporting motor fuel to or from a place in the State. An applicant for registration shall submit to the Comptroller an application on the form that the Comptroller requires. The Comptroller shall register and issue a letter of registration to each applicant that meets the requirements. A petroleum transporter shall notify the Comptroller of each change in registration information within 5 days of the change; A registered petroleum transporter who is also a common or contract carrier shall report all intrastate and interstate movements of motor fuel monthly in a format prescribed by the Comptroller. A registered petroleum transporter who is not a common or contract carrier shall report movements of motor fuel upon the request of and on forms provided by the Comptroller.

II. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

III. CANCELLATION
