I. POLICY

Field Enforcement Bureau (FEB) agents may utilize District Court forms- “Application for Statement of Charges” when seeking criminal charges through the District Court Commissioner’s Office, or “Statement of Probable Cause” when issuing charges during “on-view” arrest situations. Agents, working in conjunction with local States’ Attorneys’ Offices and the Office of the Attorney General, may also assist with the issuance/service of Criminal Information’s and Criminal Indictments.
