Sworn and civilian employees are entitled to the following types of leave benefits, as established by the State of Maryland:

  • Annual
  • Bereavement
  • Compensatory
  • Emergency Release
  • Training leave
  • Holidays
  • Jury Service
  • Legal Actions
  • Military Administrative Leave
  • Military Leave
  • Miscellaneous
  • Organ Donation
  • Personal
  • Religious Observances
  • Sick
  • Unpaid Leave
  • Any other day designated by the Governor of Maryland
