Personal Declaration of Estimated Income Tax Form 502DEP Voucher Information

In an ongoing effort to protect sensitive taxpayer information, the Comptroller’s Office has discontinued the mailing of the Estimated Personal Income Tax Packet. This mailing included four vouchers preprinted with personal information, including Social Security numbers, and was used for submitting estimated income tax payments.

There are several options available to file your personal estimated income tax payments:

  1. You may file using our electronic filing system, iFile, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any home, office or public access point at www.marylandcomptroller.gov Using the iFile – Personal Estimated Tax Payment system is safe, easy and secure.
  2. You may print and mail a paper Form 502D, by visiting our website at www.marylandtaxes.com. Note: you will need to complete Form 502D, including your Social Security number, and mail that form with your check.
  3.  You may contact our Taxpayer Service Section for a Form 502DEP. The Taxpayer Service Section is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm by calling 410-260-7980 from central Maryland or 1-800-638-2937 from elsewhere.

Note: If you use a software product that currently supports the Estimated Income Tax Payment Voucher, Form 502DEP, you may continue to do so.
