Admissions and Amusement Tax Increase

The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland adopted Resolution 2015 – 7-Amended on June 6, 2015 to increase the Admissions and Amusement tax within Garrett County from the previous rate of 4.5% to 6% on all activities. This ordinance was effective September 1, 2015.
