Wheaton Branch Office is closed today July 6.

July 7, 2026 is the last day the Wheaton office will be open for in-person assistance.

The new office will open on July 13, 2026 and will be located at 800 King Farm Boulevard, Suite 105 in Rockville, Md. Read more.

Key Employee Changes Post Go-Live

  • SPMS Employees will go to one system to see time and pay
  • SPMS Employees will have more info on their pay advice statements
  • Employees can now complete all tax forms online, and the State will handle tax collections for all states
  • Contractual employees can obtain pre-tax health benefits, with deductions directly from their pay. 
  • Optional second direct deposit available
  • POSC – Will keep all previous year history as before through 2025 for three years after go-live
